My engine replacement warranty repair took longer than expected. Danielle Coburn, my service advisor, worked very hard to ensure the repair would be covered by the GM / Chevrolet Protection Plan warranty. I did not agree with the dealership holding my car as “collateral” until they received payment from the warranty company. I met with the Chief Operating Officer Nick Richard on Monday 6/16/25 and sent three follow up emails expressing my disagreement with GEAUX Chevrolet’s unwritten policy. Had a great expierence with Geaux Chevrolet. Brailon met us outside as we pulled up and walked us in. We sat and talked as he explained some of the features of the vehicle. He answered all of our questions, was very polite and friendly, and after we were all done, he walked us out and saw us off in our new Silverado.

Worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Came to this dealership from Mississippi to buy a car. Once the deal is made they will never get back to you with any issues. It took over a month for them to pay off my trade after they received the check the next day for the purchase. When i purchased my 2024 GMC i purchased the package with all included maintenance but that doesn't cover a FUEL FILTER. So ask questions with the finance person you are dealing with because I was told all filters but the Service team says no just oil changes. So your engine air filter not included, cabin air filter not included, fuel filter not included. JUST OIL and filter. The seles representative is dishonest, I dealt with one with my new Chevrolet equinox he and the finance man was very cunning in the dishonesty, miss Danelle, give me a total price and when I see it, I had Car Shield . She changed the total price by $600 more. Not good for representation.
