It took 2-1/2 hrs to get my oil change and tires rotated, when I asked Danille to see what was taking so long they finally got my car to me, for some reason today service took longer than normal. This isn't the norm for this service department

It was a pleasure working with the team at the Laplace location. They respected me and my situation and went out of their way to accommodate me. They helped me find a car that fits into my budget. They offered me other financial options but they didn't pressure me to take them. This was scary because it was so easy and smooth. Oscar, Ben and Shane in the managerial department are wonderful.
